Terms and conditions.

Article 1 (Purpose) These terms and conditions are based on the terms and conditions of use of the online fair NEXPO solution ("Service") provided by The Korea Smart E-Mobility Association ("Institution") pursuant to the Telecommunication Business Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Act, and the rights of the "Institution" and users. It is for the purpose of terms and conditions of obligations and responsibilities. Article 2 (Effect and amendment of the Terms of Service) These Terms of Services take effect by notifying users through online fairs or by e-mail or other means after going through the disclosure procedure in accordance with Article 31 of the Telecommunications Business Act and Article 21-2 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Act. The "Institution" may revise these terms and conditions without prior notice, and the revised terms and conditions will be announced in the manner specified in Article 7. Members may cancel their participation registration (withdrawal from membership) if they do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, and continued use is considered as consent to the revision of the terms and conditions. The revised terms and conditions will take effect upon notice. Article 3 (Additional Terms) Matters not specified in these Terms of Services are subject to the Terms of Service of the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws. Article 4 (Definition) The definitions of terms used in the Terms of Service are as follows. 1.User: Refers to exhibitors and visitors who receive the "Service" provided by the "Institution" in accordance with these Terms of Services. 2.E-mail: Mail through the Internet. 3.Termination: Refers to an indication of the intention to terminate the contract of use after the "Institution" or member uses the "Service". 4.Online Fair (homepage): It refers to a virtual "Service" space set up for users to view and use by using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide "Services" to users by "Institution". Article 5 (Providing and Changing Various Services, etc.) 1.The "services" provided by the "Institution" are as follows. 1) Promotional content for the company 2) Information on products sold by companies 3) Various information provided by the "Institution" 4) Customer consultation service 2."Institutions" may add or change the contents of "Services" if necessary. Article 6 (Suspension of Service) 1.The “Institution” may temporarily suspend the provision of Service in the event of any repair, inspection, replacement, breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication. 2.In case of suspension of the "Service" pursuant to Clause 1, the user is notified in the manner specified in Article 7. 3.The "Institution" shall not compensate for any damages suffered by the user or a third party due to the temporary suspension of the provision of the "Service" for the reasons described in Clause 1. However, this is not the case if there is intentional or gross negligence of the "institution". Article 7 (Notices and Announcements) 1.When the "institution" notifies the user, it can be done by the e-mail address or mobile phone text message submitted by the user to the "Service". 2.The “Institution” in the event of the notification to unspecified users, may replace individual notification by displaying such notification on the board linked in the website for 1 week of more. Article 8 (Protecting Personal Information) 1.The "Institution" collects the minimum amount of information required by the user when collecting user information. The following items are required, and other items are optional. 1) Name; 2) E-mail; 3) Address; 4) Telephone number; 2.In the event that the “Institution” collects personal information available for identification of User, it must obtain the approval of the User. 3.The personal information may not be used for any purpose and provided to any 3rd party without the approval of the User, and the “Institution” shall be responsible for the matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it shall not apply to the following items. In the event that: 1) such personal information is necessary for statistical writing, academic research, or market research, and it is provided in a form that cannot identify a specific company or individual 2) such personal information is requested by a state agency in accordance with related laws 3) there is a criminal investigation purpose, or at the request of the Communications Standards Commission 4) there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated by other related laws 4.Users may at anytime request for the confirmation and correction of error on their personal information possessed by the “Institution” 5.Any 3rd party who received personal information from the “Institution”, shall without any delay destroy personal information after it achieves its purpose of collection of the personal information. Article 9 (Obligation of “Institution”) 1.The "Institution" shall do its best to provide the "Service" continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms of Services. 2.The "Institution" shall do its best to maintain/repair facilities related to "Service" in a state that can be operated at all times, and to repair/recover them without delay in the event of a failure. 3.The “Institution” shall equip the security system for the protection of personal information of Users so that the Users may safely use online services. 4.The “Institution” shall not send any profit-making E-mails which are not wanted by Users. Article 10 (Obligations of User) 1.The user must comply with the matters notified by the "Institution", such as related laws, provisions of these Terms of Services, usage guidelines and precautions, and must not engage in any other acts that interfere with the work of the "Institution". 2.Users cannot perform any commercial activities using the "Service" without prior approval from the "Institution". 3.The user may not use the information obtained by using the "Service" by copying, altering, translating, publishing/broadcasting, or providing it to others without prior consent of the "institution". 4.Users must change their personal information immediately when changes occur. Members are responsible for all results arising from not modifying member information. 5.The user shall not perform any of the following actions in relation to the use of the "Service", and the user is responsible for all consequences arising from performing the following actions. 1) Acquiring another user's E-mail address and sending spam mail 2) Acts for the purpose of criminal activity or other criminal activity 3) Acts that harm good manners and other social order 4) Acts that defame or insult the "Institution" and others 5) Acts that infringe on the rights of "Institutions" and others' intellectual property rights 6) Hacking or spreading computer viruses 7) The act of continuously transmitting certain contents, such as advertising information, against the will of others 8) Any action that may interfere with or may interfere with the stable operation of the "Service" 9) Changing the contents of the "Service" provided by the "Institution" 10) Acts that violate other related laws Article 11 (Deletion of posts) 1.The "Institution" may delete the post without prior notice if it is determined that the post in the "Service" posted or registered by the user violates the terms of Article 10 or falls under any of the following items. 1) Content that slanders other users or third parties or damages the honor by slander 2) Content that violates public order or morals 3) Content recognized as being linked to criminal activity 4) Content that infringes on third party copyrights and other rights 5) Contents that may interfere or may interfere with the stable operation of the "Service" 6) Content that criticizes or disseminates rumors between “Institutions” and users without evidence or verification procedures 7) Content that is judged to be violated in accordance with other related laws 2. In the case of large data, the number of uploaded posts is limited, and if the number is exceeded, the oldest posts can be deleted for smooth operation of the server. The "Institution" may delete the post without prior notice if the post in the "Service" posted or registered by the user violates the Terms of Service of Article 10 or links to information deemed to fall under the subparagraphs of Clause 1 of this Article. Article 12 (Rights / obligations on the post) All rights and responsibilities, including copyright to the post, belong to the user who posted it. Article 13 (Relationship between the linked "page" and the connected "page" in the online fair) 1.When the upper "page" and the lower "page" are connected by a hyperlink (eg, the target of a hyperlink includes text, pictures, moving images, etc.), the former is called a linking "page" and the latter is called a connected "page (Website)". The linked "page" is not responsible for the guarantee for transactions made with the user for goods/services independently provided by the connected "page". Article 14 (Proprietary Rights and Use of Copyrighted Materials) 1.Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the "Institution" belong to the "Institution". 2.The user shall not use the information obtained by using the "Service" for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent of the "institution" or allowing it to be used by a third party. Article 15 (Assignment) The user cannot transfer or donate the right to use the "Service" or other status under the contract of use to another person, and cannot provide it as collateral. Article 16 (Limitation of Liability, etc.) The "Institution" shall not be liable for any damages incurred to the User in connection with the "Service" provided free of charge, except in cases where such damage is caused by the gross negligence of the "Institution". Article 17 (Disclaimer / Compensation) 1.The "Institution" shall not bear any responsibility for the contents of the information, data, facts, reliability, etc. posted by the user on the "Service", and the user uses the "Service" under their own responsibility, shall be fully responsible for any damages or any disadvantages related to the selection of data or other use of the "Service". 2.The "Institution" shall not bear any responsibility in connection with the transaction of goods, etc. through the medium of "Service" between users or between users and third parties in violation of the Terms of Service of Article 10, nor shall it bear any responsibility for the profits expected by users in connection with the use of "Service". 3.In the event that the user bears the responsibility for the violation of Article 10 or other these Terms of Services, and damages to the "Institution," the user who violates these Terms of Services shall compensate the "Institution" for all damages and indemnify the "Institution" from the damages. Article 18 (Dispute Resolution) 1.The "Institution" and the user must make all necessary efforts to smoothly resolve any disputes arising from the "Service". 2.Notwithstanding the Terms of Service of Clause 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to the dispute, the lawsuit shall be governed by the Seoul District Court. 3.This lawsuit shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Article 19 (Others) In order to process matters not specified in these Terms of Services, the user may contact the person in charge. Supplementary provisions These Terms of Services shall enter into force on December 1, 2021.
